For Jared Ashberg, Founder of Covergent, real estate is more than a business – it is a unique and powerful form of expression. The ability of real estate to transform people, lifestyles, neighborhoods, cities, and beyond is a driving force behind the firm’s commitment towards creating projects that deliver value emotionally as well as monetarily. Jared crafted this holistic approach through his own 30+ years of diverse industry experience working in development, construction, property management, and commercial and residential brokerage. With Convergent, he assembles hand-selected teams of extremely talented professionals who share his passion for properties that make a statement and expand the possibilities for those who live, work, or use those spaces.
